The Gunny and many others (BrianR, Clyde, Buck, to name a few) predicted that the Democruds would overreach with a clown in the White House and the Democruds owning the House and Senate from January 2009 to Janaury 2011, which they did, i.e., ObummerKare, now raising insurance rates and the American people getting hit with 25 new taxes, as we pointed out way back then! It was about a 70-30 split AGAINST ObummerKare yet Nutsy Baloney and Dingy Reid shoved that turd down the collective throats of the American people.
Libs, here’s a hint. The pioneer spirit is still running strong in the veins of MOST Americans and we’ll only take so much of your bullshit before we lash back.
Case-in-point: In Alaska, SB75 was just introduced into the legislature that reads: “An Act prohibiting the use of assets or resources of state or municipal agencies to implement or aid in the implementation of the requirements of certain federal laws.”
When you read the full text, any law that the Feds pass that goes against the Constitution falls into this act and will not be enforced. That means HANDS OFF our guns AND no tampering with OUR DUE PROCESS ala drone strikes from Obama’s/Hagel’s kill list.
This is not limited to Alaska folks, Idaho just passed a bill into law that makes it a criminal act for state/local law enforcement to enforce new federal firearms restrictions. The penalty is a year in the slammer and a max fine of $1,000. In fact states all over are passing laws that are working to limit the federal overreach and Obama and his minions, including the DNC, can blame themselves for it!
Politico ran an article yesterday that described how Democrats are running AWAY from Obama and his gun control measures. Do note that Obama is AGAIN voting “present” on gun control, allowing his myrmidons Schumer, McCain, Grahamnesty, Reid, Nutsy Baloney, Schakowsky (D-IL), and the rest of the vermin to run with the ball. Apparently Lord Bathhouse Barry thinks that Americans can’t see where this is all stemming from AND who has been very vocal about gun control.

In yet ANOTHER bill from Alaska, SB 27, Alaska is taking control of OUR wetlands AWAY from the Army Corps (corpse if you’re Obama) of Engineers in order to reduce federal overreach AND to take responsibility for OUR land. (The Federal Imperial Government owns about 75% of Alaska for some ungodly reason and PREVENTS state usage for resource development.)
Sen. Cathy Giessel, (R-Anchorage) nailed the very essence of it: “Alaska should be in charge of our own development and economic destiny. SB27 is a step in the right direction toward a streamlined, yet conscientious, permitting regime performed by Alaskans, and accountable to Alaskans.”
And LAST but NOT LEAST, HB 69 passed by a HUGE margin and it basically states that all guns and ammunition possessed by Alaskans are exempt from any federal gun laws AND that ANY federal agents trying to oppress Alaskans and void our Second Amendment Right are subject to felony charges!
Now dig this. A liberal lawyer named Kathleen Strasbaugh mewled that the measure is unconstitutional. She wrote on January 30, “When federal and state laws conflict, the U.S. Constitution declares that federal law is supreme.
Of course Ms Strasbaugh (is that a FRENCH name?) forgets to add that the TENTH AMENDMENT supercedes the supremacy clause as it reads: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” A lawyer with a French name ready to surrender without a fight. Hmm.
In other words, if it IS NOT SPECIFICALLY assigned TO the government BY the Constitution, then the states RETAIN the power and all rights therein belong to the people. Period.
Now, the Second Amendment has ONE word in it that exclusively PROHIBITS any and ALL gun control actions by the Feds.

Infringed: 1. to violate or break (a law, an agreement, etc.), 2. to encroach or trespass, 3. to break or interfere with a person’s rights or freedoms.
In other words, the Feds are specifically PROHIBITED from interfering with our God-given right to keep and bear arms and anyone doing so is in DIRECT violation of the US Constitution.

Here in Alaska, there is a bill to end the forced registration of your vehicle(s) every two years and paying a fee to own your car and it is getting close to passing. It was killed the last time by, you guessed it, a Democrud. The party WELL KNOWN for their tax and spending antics although the RINOs like Juan McShamnesty, Herr Karl Rove, Grahamnesty, and the rest of the Blue Blood GOP are not far behind them.
If you fail to register your vehicle or cannot pay the fees, then you risk having your vehicle impounded by the government and sold at auction! How then can one actually OWN their vehicle if they are forced to give their money in order to KEEP registering their vehicle even though NOTHING has changed in the previous time. Consider this. You buy your car, the dealer registers your car, you pay the taxes and fees, and drive away. Say you have a four year loan and you pay it off. During that time, you had to reregister your vehicle twice. Why? Did you move? Nope. Did you switch vehicles? Nope. Now you own your vehicle outright YET you have to REREGISTER it over and over, forking over your hard-earned cash to a bureaucracy. Why? If your plates are issued (not special ones) and nothing has changed, this is simply extortion. It is slavery through taxation.
Slavery is non-ownership of person, labor, fruits of said labor. Sovereignty is the ownership of person, labor, and fruits of said labor. Thus, for you liberals out there, the main difference between the two is ownership. You OWN, therefore it is YOURS. That is the basic definition of private property, which is the cornerstone of FREEDOM and capitalism. A slave owns nothing but a free person OWNS and thus he is free to use, destroy, sell, etc., that property as he sees fit. HOWEVER, when you are FORCED BY LAW to submit tax or fee money, you become a semi slave! You cannot own your vehicle outright when you are forced to reregister over and over, in a scam, that merely removes money from YOUR pocket and puts it in the hands of bureaucrats who then piss it away. Ever get a refund from the over taxation of local, city, or state taxes? Not the “refund” check you think gets over on the government but the refund from OVERSPENDING that grows each and every year to the point where Americans are paying about 50-60% of the fruits of their labor TO GOVERNMENT! Americans are slaves to government from January through July. Disgusting.
While we no longer have chattel slavery, we have tax slavery, which has existed right under the noses of Americans since Democrat Fascist Woodrow Wilson started the income tax and created the Internal Redistribution System, followed by FDR implementing the “withholding” to make it easier on us to pay our taxes (how nice), which has looted our pockets ever since. That is not to say that we should NOT pay taxes but that we are OVERTAXED because morons like Obama want to redistribute the fruits of our labor to the gimmedats in our society. The Constitution allows for certain functions of government which MUST be funded, i.e., US Military, border agents, etc., but what about the Constitutionally invalid agencies like the EPA, DOE, ATF, BLM, DHS, TSA, etc., who do NOTHING for us but rather, make life MORE difficult for us, i.e., EPA shutting down the coal industry on Obama’s orders, DOE preventing energy expansion, ATF murdering Americans at Waco and transferring automatic weapons to the Mexican drug cartels that US TAXPAYERS PAID FOR! The BLM locking up public lands so that they cannot be used, enjoyed, developed, resources harvested, etc., and the Dept of Education making things WORSE instead of better!
This brings us to the subject discussed before, the looting of our money and the threat of governmental eviction through property tax. Property taxes are extracted locally and the proponents of it mewl that the money is used for schools, public libraries, police, fire departments, etc. Why should a childless couple pay for someone else’s kids to go to school? Why should a single man, who say, owns his own home, pay for someone else’s kids to go to school? Why are people who home school their children be forced to pay for someone else’s kids to go to school? Shouldn’t they get a REFUND from the State since their kids are being schooled at home (and getting a better education to boot!)? Because it has always been that way? That is the typical liberal response, which they also us to justify social security, welfare, etc. Why can’t parents be billed for the schooling their kids get?
Here in Alaska, the graduation rate is 65% yet teachers want raises! The Unions are against school vouchers (that figures) because it encourages competition and crappy schools that have crappy teachers, will lose funding! Duh! Our pockets are looted by the City and the State for schools that return not only a poorly educated child but have a 35% FAILURE RATE! Imagine you bought a car that worked 65% of the time. Think you’d be pissed off at buying a lemon? Damn right you would. School vouchers are on the menu up here in the next election and the only clowns voting NO will be Democrats; the same idiots who then bleat about the high property taxes that they fork over.
Consider this. You get married at 20. Buy a house at 28. Pay it off at 58. Retire at 65. You own your house right? WRONG! Because if you can no longer pay the property tax, you get the boot and the house goes up for auction. Americans consider our homes as our castles but in reality, the lord of the manor is the government because we are FORCED to pay “rent” for our homes, even if we’ve paid off the mortgage! Our homes are in reality, government-owned housing.

Our Founding Fathers KNEW that the land belongs to the one who bought it, not the State or Federal Government. What a property tax is, is the government decreeing that THEY own the land, they’ll delegate what you can do with your own land (try planting a crop and see what happens), and you’ll pay a tax FOR the privilege to remain there. In America today, NO ONE owns their home, NO ONE owns their land, NO ONE owns their vehicle(s). We must pay a government, who regulates us to death, in order to remain in our home or on the land and the failure to do so until death do us part, can and WILL result in a fine, a jail sentence, or state-enforced eviction.
There are three ways that we can throw off the chains of tax slavery and one is, a fair or flat tax or even a sales tax that EVERYONE pays into, including everyone working in the shadows, i.e., illegals. Two, abolish any and all governmental agencies that are not permitted under the Constitution. WHY are we funding the EPA to the tune of almost NINE BILLION DOLLARS when all they are doing is screwing US over and making our energy costs go up AND putting Americans out of work? WHY are we paying 27+% of the dues for the UN AND hosting this Constitutionally illegal organization that does NOTHING but try to tax us, bash us, control us, take our guns away, void the Constitution, and cause more problems than they have ever fixed? This does not count the BILLIONS they bilk us for other crap they do around the world. It is NOT our problem that some Third World shithole can’t feed themselves. Remember back when the Federal Imperial Government MANDATED that every state adopt a 55 mph speed limit or they would not get federal highway funds and it was a DEMOCRAT controlled Congress, BTW? The states bent over and took it up the tailpipe for a few years until a Republican controlled Congress tossed the bullshit out in 1995, allowing STATES to determine the speed limits within their own states, in compliance with the Tenth Amendment. That 55 mph did nothing to save gas or lives, that from a FEDERAL study. Oh, and under Jimmy “the dhimmi” Carter, on 1 Sept 79, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration pulled an Obama/Cass Sunstein and issued a regulation that required speedometers to have special emphasis on the number 55 and a maximum speed of 85 mph (137 km/h)! It was later dropped because it was as stupid as the liberals who drafted it. What the states SHOULD have done back then was refuse to pass on the federally mandated highway tax to DC!
Now we have over twenty states, out of the 57 Obama thinks we have, who have told the Federal Government to go F themselves on ObummerKare and refused to set up the mandated insurance exchanges as ordered by an out of control government. Thanks to a DEMOCRAT controlled Congress, ObummerKare now has total governmental control over our health care that Americans USED to go out and get ON THEIR OWN! The Leftists ridiculed Sarah Palin for pointing out the death panels and then a few months later, ahem, admitted that she was right. Oops. Here is how the Gunny looks at this. If a bureaucrat rules on something that costs the life of one of the Gunny’s family members, that bureaucrat is DOA. Simple as that.
Now we come to the meat of this essay and that is, the attempt of the Obama Cartel to gain control over the 57 states and the daily lives of over 300 million Americans and about 25 million illegal aliens (who are no longer deported for minor crimes thanks to an Obama order to ICE.)
We have a Federal government so out of control, so out of line with the Constitution, that they are destroying the US Dollar ala the Weimar Republic. They, THEY, have run up a debt of over 16 TRILLION dollars. We did not acquiesce to this spending, au contraire, WE DEMANDED in 2009, ala the TEA PARTY, that the spending STOP. They REFUSED to listen! Obama even said that he basically ignored the TEA Party and what they were calling for. Now, the Kenyan Usurper, on his power trip, wants to annoit Hagel as SecDef, then use that tool to dismantle the US Military in order EXPAND the welfare state! The American people are not being asked if they want this, which they WOULD NOT, unless they lived in Bezerkely Mexifornia or Austin Texas! Obama now states that he’ll refuse to negotiate about the debt ceiling and that the Senate doesn’t need to submit a Constitutionally required budget (which they have NOT done since 2009!) We are being screwed over by the Federal government who has overstepped their bounds.
Speaking of overstepping their bounds and ignoring the Constitution, Gaffes Biden said that The Kenyan Usurper would issue an Executive Order on gun control tomorrow 10, Jan 2013. An illegal order issued by an illegal president.
Nullification would be a way to slow these bastards but the real solution WILL be secession. The States who care about their citizens should invoke the Tenth Amendment and their own Constitutions to tell the Feds to pound sand. We have covered this ground on several different occasions but it bears repeating that the National Guard IS US! If the Kenyan federalized them, very few would report in. Why? Because THEY ARE US! The DHS/ATF have purchased billions of .40cal round for “training purposes” which we all know is bullshit. Hollow point ammunition is not training ammo but once we seize these round, we’ll tell em THANKS!

WHY is the Federal government intruding on, trampling on, and pissing on the Tenth Amendment like they were getting free beer at a kegger party? Are they attempting to create a crisis that, as well all know full well, Obama and his Alinskites would take full advantage of? WHY are they risking, on one throw of the dice, some of the 57 states to secede from the Union in order to follow the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the DOI, and their own state constitutions?
It boils down to what we all discussed when idiots elected an Soros appointee as president and then put idiotic Democrats in charge of the Congress and that is, CONTROL over the masses. They have overstepped their Constitutional limits, ignored the Constitution, i.e, NO Senate budget since 2009, and shit on the American for too long. They should be very careful as to what they wish for, as they may reap a whirlwind that they will very soon regret for politicians have been introduced to ropes and lampposts in the no so distant past.

WHO IS THE MILITIA IN AMERICA
The Second Amendment: “A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.”
Now liberals love to whine and mewl that the Second Amendment is for hunting, plinking, shooting clay pigeons, etc, but not for having the means to replace a tyrannical government. The whine that you can’t own a rocket launcher or a tank (actually you can IF you can afford paying the license and taxes) or that you can’t own a jet (actually there ARE surplus military jets owned by private citizens) so shooting holes in that argument is easy. As a matter of fact, liberal’s arguments are basically a three-legged stool. Knock out a leg and the whole shooting match tumbles into the dirt. So then they resort to the time worn liberal argument that we have the National Guard, the military, blah, blah, blah, so militias are obsolete.
Here are some quotes from the Founders and Judges on who and what they militias are, including one on ARMS CONTROL (#3) which, oddly enough, coincides with why liberals want US disarmed now.

Now, let’s break all this down Barney-style for any moronic liberals reading this. From the earliest days of colonies in America, here are the MILITIA LAWS that blow up the liberal’s attack on the preamble of the Second Amendment:
Connecticut:
1. In 1650, “every male over 16 to have in continuall readines, a good muskitt, or other gunn, fitt for service.”
2. In 1724, “all militia men to show up on the same day with their guns…” This was done to ensure that all hands WERE armed and not borrowing someone else’s firearm.
3. In 1741, “that the inhabitants…be armed” and “every listed souldier and other house-holder” except calvarymen “shall always be provided with, and have in continual readines, a well-fixed firelock….”
Georgia:
1. In 1778: “all Male Persons from 15 to 60″ were required to perform militia duty, and this likely included blacks, and later “every person liable to appear and bear Arms” meant that every one needed to own weapons.
Maryland:
1. In 1642, “Noe man able to bear arms to goe to church or Chappell or any considerable distance from home without fixed gunn and 1 Charge at least of powder and Shott.”
Massachusetts:
1. In 1632/3, State law required any citizen who did not own a weapon be compelled to work and the work paid him the cost of the weapon provided to him by THE STATE!
New Hampshire:
1. In 1716, “That all Male Persons from Sixteen Years of Age to Sixty shall bear Arms.”
2. In 1716, “allowing Three Months time to every Son after his coming to Sixteen Years of Age, and every Servant so long, after his time is out, to provide themselves with Arms and Ammunition”. (This law exempted troops already enlisted in regular service) Failure to do this was a fining offense (as with every other state militia law).
New Jersey:
1. In 1668, “every Male from 16 Years and upwards, to the Age of 60 Years, shall be furnished at their own Cost and Charge, with good and sufficient Arms, and constantly maintain the same, viz., a good serviceable Gun well fixed, one pound of good Powder, four Pounds of Pistol Bullets, or Twenty four Bullets suited to the Gun, a Pair of Bandeleers, or a good Horn and a Sword and Belt…”
New York:
1. In 1655 BMB (Before Mayor Bloomberg), “Besides the Generall stock of each Town Every Male within this government from Sixteen to Sixty years of age, or not freed by public Allowance, shall be furnished from time to time and so well furnished with Arms.”
Pennsylvania:
1. In 1757, “all men 17 to 55 to enroll in the militia.”
The militias in America, from the earliest times, were considered to be all male members of the community, usually from age 16 to 55. Perhaps the finest quote comes from George Mason:
“I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them.” George Mason, Co-author of the Second Amendment, during Virginia’s Convention to Ratify the Constitution, 1788.
Then Richard Henry Lee ended any confusion on the matter when he wrote: “A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves …”
So attacking the preamble in the Second Amendment doesn’t work for the Left either as traditionally, every able bodied male was considered a militia member and as such, as individuals, they fall under the Second Amendment, which as Scalia wrote, is an individual right.

Once again for Judge Burns, who slept through Second Amendment 101, the intent of the Founders is that the populace be armed as well as the military or the government is. Why? Because when a government becomes tyrannical in nature, as ours has, then the people have the right to overthrow it and form a “more perfect union.” EVERY SINGLE ONE of the Founders validated the RIGHT of the people to be armed, from Washington on down. Moreover, the RIGHT to be armed comes from the Creator, as is the RIGHT to self-defense or defense of others, be it from an Obama voter in Chicago or from a government that wants to turn the populace into slaves.
Indeed, the Second Amendment IS where it IS in the Bill of Rights because the Founders considered the FREEDOM of speech, assembly, and religion to be the PRIMARY right granted to Mankind by the Creator and the RIGHT to have the means to defend ourselves the secondmost important.
Any so-called judge who considers a ban a valid argument is an idiot. Moreover, they are complicit in the chaining of the people to a tyrannical government that more and more wants to run our lives, from the cradle to the grave. Think not? Banned sodas. Back when the Founders wrote the Second Amendment, we the people WERE armed as well as the government was. Musket against musket. Cannon against cannon.
