CAN WE CONCLUDE THAT ELECTION 2012 WAS RIGGED

Case-in-point:  The Gunny shot competitively in the Marines and in civilian life as well, mostly at NRA matches, and really, just for the fun of it all. But that aside, in one match, there was a mere WHIFF of cheating, that someone overheard from someone else. NOT ONE medal was awarded until the targets of the ”accused” was “washed down” and checked over. It ended up being sour grapes but the point was well made in that, the sanctity, the credibility, and the fairness of the match HAD to be maintained at all costs.

So, here we have the IRS leaking information to the media. Confidential tax data that found its way to Romney’s opponents and into the hands of that pedophile (that’s what the Gunny once heard) Dingy Reid and was used against him. From the cock holster of Dingy Reid, resident pedophile in the Senate (or so we’ve heard): “The word’s out that he hasn’t paid any taxes for 10 years. Let him prove that he has paid taxes, because he hasn’t.” Reid on the Senate floor, August 2012. Let us not forget that inn2010, Obama’s economic adviser Austan “pencil dick, er, neck” Goolsbee stated to reporters that Koch Industries did not pay any corporate taxes! This, of course, is not public information and Obama trotted out Baghdad Bob to lie that Goolsbee misspoke. Good God folks, the US Treasury Department was in on it, the Department of Justice was in on it, the White House was in on it, the Department of Labor was in on this, funneling applications from TEA Party folks into the crapper. God only knows who else was involved and what offices THEY are from.

How many voters were swayed by this leaking confidential information, thinking Romney was some rich guy in the 1% while ignoring the fact that not only is Dumbo in the 1%, HE IS BACKED BY THE .01%, i.e., Soros, Bloombutt, Spielberg, Hanks, and the rest of the Hollywood Limo Libs! How many American Conservative voters were disenfranchised by the tyranny of the White House and Obama’s minions? How many Conservative activists were denied their right to work for the candidate of their choice and who ended up staying home instead of being out rallying the base? How many Tea Party participants were tyrannized into silence by being targeted for audits by the Infernal Revenge Service?

There can be no doubt that election 2012 was gamed and rigged by the community organizer and his Alinskities Axelrod, Jarrett, and the rest of the swine and since it was “mission accomplished,” they got their reward by fat bonuses (100K+ to the IRS bitch), and went back richer to liberal sewers like Harvard.

FACTS TO PONDER:

1.   The IRS targeted over 500 conservative groups going back through TWO election cycles by illegally obtaining information on donors, volunteers, members, speakers, and anyone else connected.
2.   The IRS, with help of other agencies, gathered all social media, emails, phonecalls, and other media, for use by the Obama Cartel.
3.  The IRS targeted pro-life groups which denied them their First Amendment right to protest abortion clinics or other “democrat” interests.
4.  The IRS targeted Christian Ministries who spoke out against the Left, including Billy Graham.
5.  The IRS targeted Conservative Jewish groups who were pro-Israel.
6.  The IRS illegally provided confidential tax infomration to ProPublica, a left-wing organization who then disseminated the information to other groups.
7. The IRS also illegally released the confidential donor lists and other data on Romney donors.
8. The Obama campaign outed the top eight Romney donors and they were then audited.
9.  The chief of the IRS division,Lois Lerner, blamed two “rogue” agents yet her name appears on MANY letters sent to the Tea Party groups and not just out of Cincinnati but also California and the District of Corruption.  
10.  NOW, four agents from the Ohio office have said that they were just following orders. (HINT: That did not work in Nuremberg.)

There can no longer be any doubt that Election 2008 and Election 2012 were as rigged at Election 1960, oddly enough which hinged on…Shitcago.

So the President Vacation mewled about tyranny from the Federal Gov’t yet he glaringly ignores the following:

1.  Obama says he will never use signing statement to change the meaning of the bills he signs into law yet by December 2011, Obama used nineteen of them and one of them simply bypassed Congress’ nonfunding of his czars, totally ignoring that part of the law.

2.  Obama has used the bully pulpit to rail against private citizens, i.e., Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, etc, which is tyrannical behavoir akin to that from a thin-skinned spoiled child.

3.  Obama, in December of 2011, stated that it would not defend DOMA in any new cases. Obama decided that DOMA was not Constitutional so it would ignore it. The tyranny of the Executive Branch was on full display, as one person decided what was law and what was not.

4.  Obama tried to backdoor the UN’s Gun Ban Treaty in 2012 and was so adamant about it that fifty-two Senators sent him and then SuckState Shrillary Clinton, a letter telling them to cease and desist. Moreover, back in July of 2011 Obama, through Eric Witholder of Operation Fast and Furious fame, demanded that gun stores MUST report the sale of ALL rifles. There is no law that states that gun stores must do this, except, perhaps, in Obama’s mind.

5.  Obama sent US troops to Libya, lied about it to the American people AND Congress, and then trotted out bottom feeder Leon Panetta (quite possibly one of the dumbest people in government), that Obama COULD act using NATO or UN and that he [Obama] did not have to inform Congress about it OR have the act fall under the War Powers Act of 1973. Again, Obama deciding what laws to follow or to ignore.

6.  Obama used the power of his office to vacate the bondholders in GM. Illegal. Tyrannical.

7.  Obama signed off on the NDAA AFTER the verbiage was changed to INCLUDE American citizens being sent to Gitmo, sans trial/lawyer, as okay!

8.  Obama and Eric Witholder have sued various states, using the power of the Federal government against the States, in violation of the Tenth Amendment, i.e., Arizona enforcing FEDERAL LAWS in regards to illegal aliens.

9.  Obama has also used the power of the Federal Government to prevent, by using the NLRB, private sector corporations from moving from a unionized state to an “at-will” state, i.e., Boeing.

10.  Obama telling Sarah Brady that he was going to usher in gun conrol, “under the radar,” and then uses Newtown and government funding, Air Force One, etc., to try and get it done.

11.  Obama’s Keynesian economic policies, espoused by idiots like Krugman and Goulsbee, have resulted in 9.5 million Americans no longer in the workforce and 46 million Americans on welfare, disability, unemployment, etc., which is a tyranny all its own. The tyranny of dependence.

But the REAL tyranny in the District of Corruption is the tyranny of the stupid, like Duncey Pelosi’s famous remark on the now epic failure called ObamaKare: “Let’s pass this bill so we can see what’s in it.”

***For you libs out there: We are a Constitutional Representative Republic not a goddamned Democracy. The people are not obligated to the government but rather, the government is the servant of the people, i.e., civil servant! In a Republic, the CITIZEN can act on his own or through his representatives when he chooses to solve a problem or address an issue in government, i.e., suing the feds for redress, etc. Indeed, a Constitutional Representative Republic has a Constitution in place, that limits the powers of the government, spells out the duties of the government, how the government is structured, and it implements a system of checks and balances on the power of the government in order for it to remain leashed, as it should be. A Constitutional Representative Republic AVOIDS the tyranny of a Democracy, or MOB RULE, as it should be known as, and allows for the freedom and liberty of a free people, as our Founding Fathers envisioned.

Whereas in October 2009, the United States voted in the United Nations General Assembly to participate in the negotiation of the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty;

Whereas in July 2012, the United Nations Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty convened to negotiate the text of the Arms Trade Treaty;

Whereas in December 2012, the United Nations General Assembly voted to hold a final negotiating conference on the Arms Trade Treaty in March 2013, on the basis of the text of July 2012;

Whereas the Arms Trade Treaty poses significant risks to the national security, foreign policy, and economic interests of the United States as well as to the constitutional rights of United States citizens and United States sovereignty;

Whereas the Arms Trade Treaty fails to expressly recognize the fundamental, individual right to keep and to bear arms and the individual right of personal self-defense, as well as the legitimacy of hunting, sports shooting, and other lawful activities pertaining to the private ownership of firearms and related materials, and thus risks infringing on freedoms protected by the Second Amendment;…”

Now, EVEN if Bathhouse Barry and the Senate ratify and sign this steaming piece of shit into law, it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and can thus be ignored.

Case-in-point: Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1 (1957).  The SCOTUS ruled that the Constitution supersedes ALL international treaties ratified by the United States Senate. Ever since then, the SCOTUS “has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty.” Furthermore, the SCOTUS declared that, “no agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or on any other branch of Government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution.”

It was Justice Black who gave the most damning declaration against tyranny like we are now seeing with Obama:  “The concept that the Bill of Rights and other constitutional protections against arbitrary government are inoperative when they become inconvenient or when expediency dictates otherwise is a very dangerous doctrine and if allowed to flourish would destroy the benefit of a written Constitution and undermine the basis of our government”.

ANY Senator who votes YES for this treaty should be arrested once he or she sets foot in their home state and tried for treason. At the very least, tarred and feathered and beaten to within an inch of their lives, i.e., Brooks v Sumner!

So call your Representative and tell them to support HCon 23. Then call your Senators and tell them to boot the f*cking UN out of the USA and to get US out of the UN and NATO!

Just a thought here. If bureaucrats like Obama, Holder, Congcritters, Senators, and the rest of the bums on down to the lowest dogcatcher deny Americans their due process is it not fair to return the favor? For example, if Eric Withholder says it is okay for Obama to murder Americans with drone attacks on American soil, does that not make Withholder an accessory to murder? If that is true, then is it not fair to deny Withholder HIS due process and whack him as mercilessly as his boss terminates Americans? Note that the Gunny did NOT say FELLOW Americans because Obama IS NOT an American, regardless of where he was born. He is the enemy of liberty and freedom and a tyrant. Compare and contrast Conservatism versus Liberalism.

With liberalism running amok in the Northeast and The Left Coast, businesses are fleeing those states that tax them to death while telling them how to run their businesses. For example, The People’s Republic of Boulder Boulder is run by liberals, for liberals, and is getting ready to commit electrical power suicide.

A publicly run, government ruled over energy company is gonna fail UNLESS it gets massive subsidies, bet on it. Conservatism  ALWAYS works wherever it is implemented, which include policies like low taxation, less governmental regulation, and thus, less government interference! Conservatism works because it enhances innovation, economic growth (a rising tide floats all boats), entreprenuerialship, and a populace who wants to work, not suck down welfare.

Most liberal hellholes complain and bitch about businesses being in their cities so why stay? Oddly enough, in the Chief Executive magazine a review of 2012 shows that California, New York, Illinois and Massachusetts are at the BOTTOM while in Red States, they were at the top. Gee, go figure.

That last sentence sums up liberalism perfectly. Hydraulic fracturing is working well, is NOT a danger like the left whines about (that water on fire has been flammable for over 100 years) but a liberal asshole like Cuomo, who does not PERSONALLY approve of it, prevents it, and it hurts his subjects but not a 1%er like him.

Note to Red States, refugees from Liberalism are fleeing to your states so you’d better come up with a policy to either keep them from voting for AT LEAST five years in order to ensure that they are not liberal infiltrators or test them on the Constitution BEFORE you let them relocate there. Otherwise, they bring the liberal virus, 1,000 times worse than the Ebola virus, with them and infect the state, i.e., Austin. Where are they fleeing from the most? The People’s Republik of Kalifornia, The Toxic Waste State of New Jersey, New York, and The Land of Barry, Illinois. DANGER! RED STATES! DANGER!

Now Glenn Beck touched on this book, “Against Autonomy: Justifying Coercive Paternalism by Sarah Conly, which, when you break it down, as Beck did on Wednesday, it is nothing more than a recipe for forcing us to do things that we don’t want to do. Remember, it was the asshole Cass Sunstein, who wrote a nice article justifying this bullshit book, who wrote, “Nudge.” Another piece of shit book designed to tell the elites HOW to limit our choices so that we make the one THEY want us to. Consider how much they have banned to date and tell the Gunny that we don’t need a violent revolution and the streets adorned with elitists dangling from ropes, i.e., smoking within YOUR OWN CAR, salt, transfats, helmeet laws, seatbelt laws, no texting while driving, no eating while driving, no drinking ANYTHING while drive, no driving while sleep (NJ), 16oz sodas, bad old guns, and on and on. BUT you get to keep on paying for more and more government, which these ivory tower elitists call for. BTW, Sunstein is from Harvard and Conly is from Bowdoin College. Still think sending your kids to these shitholes of leftist indoctrination is okay?

Sunstein writes,  ”True, people may know what their ends are, but sometimes they go wrong when they choose how to get them. Most people want to be healthy and to live long lives. If people are gaining a lot of weight, and hence jeopardizing their health, Conly supports paternalism—for example, she favors reducing portion size for many popular foods, on the theory that large, fattening servings can undermine people’s own goals.”

Conly writes from her own webpage:  “I argue that autonomy, or the freedom to act in accordance with your own decisions, is overrated—that the common high evaluation of the importance of autonomy is based on a belief that we are much more rational than we actually are. We now have lots of evidence from psychology and behavioral economics that we are often very bad at choosing effective means to our ends. In such cases, we need the help of others—and in particular, of government regulation—to keep us from going wrong.” (If you listen carefully, you can hear a band playing the “Horst Wessel” song and jackboots marching along.)

In other words, YOU ARE TO STUPID to figure it out on your own! How DID we ever survive without liberal bags of shit like Sunstein and Conly telling us how to wipe our asses or how much to eat only God knows.

Now Sunstein, as we all know, is married to Samantha Power, another warmonger in the Obama Cartel, who advocates R2P (Responsibility to Protect). In other words, OUR KIDS, not their’s, will be sent to every Third World shithole in order to “protect” them from whatever is ailing them. Oddly enough, Soros also espouses this doctrine! Of course HIS kids will never serve a minute on active duty. Now Power has a lot of experience in this area because she once toured Bosnia for a little while AND she slept in a Holiday Inn Express a time or two! So their premise is, WE will protect the world to the last drop of YOUR KID’S BLOOD! This type of “paternalism” has sure worked well in Europe, with massive genocides, two world wars, and countless other slaughterfests.

Sunstein also writes, “Many believe that behavioral findings are cutting away at some of the foundations of Mill’s harm principle, because they show that people make a lot of mistakes, and that those mistakes can prove extremely damaging.”

Really? Ya think Cass? BTW, ANYONE named after a fat liberal singer who choked to death on a ham sandwich has to have a few screws loose.
