A VOTE FOR OBAMA IN NOVEMBER IS A STAKE IN THE HEART

for the American Economy.

The rogue agency, the EPA, is using the regulations that Dumbo’s Regulatory Czar, one communist named Cass Sunstein, (hubby of international meddler in the affairs of other countries an friend of Soros, Samantha Power), to cripple the USA beyond recovery. Oddly enough, Dumbo and Company has put this crapulence off until after the election. Gee, go figure.

Some of the fun regulations include:

Greenhouse Gas Regulations: These regulations – which President Obama himself warned would be worse than global warming cap-and-trade legislation – will be an enormous burden on the American people. These rules will cost more than $300 to $400 billion a year, and significantly raise the price of gas at the pump and energy in the home. It’s not just coal plants that will be affected: under the Clean Air Act (CAA), churches, schools, restaurants, hospitals and farms will eventually be regulated.

BTW, the Earth STOPPED cooling ten years ago but you can’t tell a libtard that.

Hydraulic Fracturing: Today the Obama administration – through no less than fourteen federal agencies, including the EPA, the Department of Energy (DOE), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) – is currently working to find ways to regulate hydraulic fracturing at the federal level, so that they can limit and eventually stop the practice altogether.

EPA’s Water Guidance: EPA’s proposed new guidance document for waters covered by the CWA, proposed in April 2011, reinterprets recent Supreme Court decisions to allow EPA to expand federal control over virtually every body of water in the United States, no matter how small.

Tier III Gas Regulations: EPA is preparing to propose a rulemaking called Tier III, which reduces the content of sulfur in gasoline from 30 ppm to 10 ppm. The cost of this rule could be up to $10 billion initially and $2.4 billion annually, and it could add up to 9 cents per gallon in manufacturing costs; these costs would inevitably be passed on to consumers at the pump.

Coal Ash: EPA’s proposed coal ash rule could cost $79 to $110 billion over 20 years, destroying 183,900 to 316,000 jobs; this will have disastrous impacts in states like Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Missouri.

Farm Dust Regulations: EPA has been regulating farm dust for decades and may tighten the standards as part its review of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for coarse particulate matter (PM10). Tightening the PM10 NAAQS would have widespread implications for rural America, as it could be below the amount of dust created during normal farming operations, and therefore be impossible to meet. If the standard is tightened, the only option for farmers to comply will be to curb everyday farm activities, which could mean cutting down on numbers of livestock or the tilling of fields, or they may have to shrink or even end their businesses altogether. (In other words, Soylent Green really MAY be made out of people! In any event, food prices will “necessarily skyrocket” right along with energy prices, just like Dumbo said they would.

If Dumbo is reelected, vice rioting, lets just revolt and leave the pathetic liberals to suffer under his piss-poor leadership while WE form a more perfect union using common sense and good ol American ingenuity, doing things that WORK and that make America STRONGER! In fact, maybe the 57 states need to tell DC that either the EPA goes or WE GO!

  1. Sepp: I sympathize. The government has a propensity for appointing someone the authority to tell you how to do your job when that person has absolutely no experience in your job.
Anyone who has worked in construction and had to deal with OSHA knows your problems.

  2. Sepp is spot-on. Wonder why these assholes can’t control the dust on the roads in the national parks? Hosed a TON of it off my Jeep after leaving Moab. Just goes to show,NEVER put academics in charge of ANYTHING. They have proven time and again they lack a very necessary ingredient, namely common sense.

  3. The EPA will be a good test forRomney. Will he dismantel the EPA or is he just bullshitting about wanting a smaller government with less control?
Somehow I get the feeling he won’t.

  4. “Farm dust”
Maybe if Obama had better control of the wind, there would be less farm dust…or, maybe he should refrain from speaking during spring planting and fall harvest.
The wind blows and dust will fly when the soil is being tilled…maybe liberals should refrain from eating / using anything that contains corn, wheat or, soybeans in order to protest this “dust problem”?

Here is a word to the EPA…I CHOSE to be a farmer! Dust and all!
I knew upfront that farming has dirt involved!

And, it isn’t farmers who are complaining about “farm dust”…it’s liberals who buy homes in farm country to get away from the diversity they claim to embrace and, then bitch that the neighbor’s tilled fields put dust on their McMansions and the hog farm next door has odors!

So they cry to the EPA about it…and then cry that food costs so much!

Liberalism is the definition of self-destruction. They have no concept whatsoever of the law of “cause and effect”.

You make it harder and costlier for farmers to grow food…food costs go up.
You make it impossible to drill or, refine fuels…fuel costs go up.
You put restrictions on coal mining and electricity producers…electric costs soar.
You add taxes and penalties to businesses…they cut employees and raise prices!

Then, they cry that the poor are struggling to buy food, fuel, heat and electricity!

Well, THEIR ideals have made it this way! They’re reaping what they’ve sown and don’t like it…but, are still too damned dumb to connect the dots back to themselves.

    • Sepp,

Excellent post and I agree. I’ve been saying that if we cannot retake the nation, that we secede. That is all that is left.

    • a) Sepp….SPOT ON, BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!!
      b) posted this story at FB, too
      c) Gunny, you’ve got to spend more time on my FB page. I have this one pro-muslim left wing DC area female lawyer who keeps commenting and she is ripe for proper counter battery fire. On Allmilitary.com, she went by the name MarineAuntie, because her nephew was/is in the Corps. She thinks Obama is good for the Corps, the military, the nation, and all of mankind.
