WE’RE TURNING THE CORNER

on the Obama Recovery. In fact, we’ve turned the corner so many times, we’re actually BEHIND square one!

EXCERPT:  “Beyond the political season, it’s important to note the labor force participation rate has been in decline for years. First a definition: The labor force participation rate is that percentage of the adult population that is employed or actively seeking employment.

In August, this group was 63.5% of the population. That was the lowest figure since September 1981, when it also stood at 63.5%, according to the Labor Department‘s Bureau of Labor Statistics. For men, the August participation rate figure was 69.8%. That’s the lowest on record. The records of the Labor Department began in 1948.

To see that this is not a new issue, albeit a worsening one, take a look at the numbers 10 years ago. In August 2002 the labor force participation rate for all adults was 66.6%, BLS data show. In August 2011, it was 64.1%. The 10-year trend is down. For men in August 2002 the labor participation rate was 74.1%, In August 2011 it was 70.4%. Same downward trend.”

In other words, Obama has kept the unemployment number far lower than it should be through cooking the books by getting Americans OUT of the work force.

EXCERPT:  “And since Obama took office in January 2009, the median income has fallen 8.2 percent, from $55,198 to its present figure.”

FACTS:

1.  47 Million Americans on food stamps. (Up 12 MILLION since Obama took over)
2.  Tom Vilsack extorts food stamps to Mexican-Americans (illegal aliens)
3.  Manufacturing orders plummeted by 13.2% in August.
4.  The annual GDP growth rate was ONCE AGAIN scaled back from a reported 1.7% to a miserable European level of 1.3%. (BTW, inflation is higher than this number and that means that we’re heading into a Carteresque STAGFLATION!

But hey, don’t worry, Obama is promising college student free student loans!

  1. With a normal fukkin media dickweed would be toast. Got to defeat those cocksuckers as well.

  2. My folks went through the Great Depression from whistle to whistle.
They talk about people trying to boil and eat grass. An anti-Black resentment and the rise of the KKK because of the depression. Blacks had customarily worked for less than their White counterparts and that carried over from better times.
An uncle told me about shoveling wheat for .25 cents a day and a line of waiting shovellers in case you dropped out from exhaustion. Bonnie & Clyde would never have been folk heroes but for the hard times. Another uncle borrowed $1000.00 from a brother in law and started a grocery store. Feelings about FDR were all over the board in the family depending on how you fared between 1929-41. As a youngun I heard some pretty heated arguments during Truman/Dewey and Stevenson/Eisenhower election cycles.
After Ike won in ’52 my father Western Unioned my aunt. Telegram said, “You win. Am getting apple cart tomorrow.” To which my aunt wired back, “Can recomment perfect jackass to pull applecart. Available January.”
