Those of you who read the Anti Liberal Zone know that the Gunny has “evolved” (like Obama evolved on gay marriage) from someone who embraced the United States of America as a WHOLE nation of supreme greatness, living under God with freedom and liberty as our goals to someone who realizes that secession, for our survival, is likely the end result of the misdeeds of our government and a large segment of the population who can no longer be considered American by their thoughts, actions, beliefs, or values.

Tragically, thanks to Liberals, Progressives, Statists, Marxist Alinskites like Obama and Hillary Clinton, Communists, and One Worlders like BJ Bubba Clinton, Soros, and many RINOs (think McLame, Bush 41/43, Lindsey Graham, Carter, etc.), this is no longer possible. If Mitt Romney does not get elected in November, a mere THIRTY-NINE DAYS AWAY, and if we fail to retake the Senate and fill the House with like-minded American patriots who will return this nation to a sovereign one, with a currency that is respected by all, valued at its worth and not devalued as the Fed as done since 1913, then the Western and Southern states (and NH) should secede from the Union for we are NOT respected by the denizens inside the Beltway but are used to fund their reelection schemes by being looted to pay for the inner city trash and their unlimited welfare bennies (think Rep Conyers and the “good and plenty clause” in the Constitution.) Indeed, simply take a look at how much land in the West and in the South the Federal Government has seized from the States, depriving them of revenue and resources.

Who blocks drilling in ANWR? Obama. Who blocks drilling in the Gulf? Obama. Who blocks drilling offshore in California? Obama. Who blocks logging? Obama. Who has put State lands under federal control off limits? Obama. Who has single-handedly crippled the energy producers in this land? Obama. And by Obama, the Gunny includes the entire corruptocrats in DC in both parties, elected and unelected (Obama’s Czars).

Moreover, no longer can or WILL the 53% support the 47% who refuse to work, who refuse to produce or contribute, but who fall into the category of parasites (think Peggy the Moocher and Henrietta “Obama buy me a new kitchen” Hughes.) WE have NOTHING in common with these people who willingly trade their freedom for a false security, promised by a serial liar named Obama, and who think of freedom thusly:

Therefore, Articles of Secession have been drawn up and while not all encompassing, they make the point.

Articles of Secession to dissolve the union between the New United States and the other States under the compact entitled “The Constitution of the United States of America.”

WHEREAS, The Federal Government has failed to abide by the requirements in the US Constitution, to wit: an exhibited inability to secure our borders, an inability to provide and pass an annual budget, an exhibited inability to protect the Life, Limb, and private property of our citizens by refusing to secure our borders and enforce Federal and State immigration laws, a refusal to address and engage the enemies of the USA while oppressing the citizens therein, and an absolute and total dictatorial disregard for the will of the people along with the exhibited lack of representation with the Federal Government.

WHEREAS, the Constitution of the United States, declared by the framers to be the supreme law of the land, intended to expressly limit the powers of the Government to certain general specified purposes while reserving all rights to the States and The People has been treated with contempt and usurped by the Federal Government of all three branches. They have interfered with the rights and liberties of the States and the people against the expressed provisions of the Constitution and have rejected liberty, freedom, and a constitutional Republic for a central despotic government led by Barack Hussein Obama. Therefore, we shall not relinquish our Freedom, our Liberty, or the God-given right of our descendants to live in a free country under the inestimable blessings of God, in a constitutional Republic.

WHEREAS, the President, the Vice-President, and his entire Cabinet and Administration are liars, thieves, pillagers and looters, and unindicted criminals who see themselves as above the law and operate in a continuous criminal environment, i.e., Kathleen Sebelius and her violating the Hatch Act.)

Section 1:  The reelection of Barack Hussein Obama and Joseph Biden to the offices of president and vice-president of the United States of America, who are a clear and present danger to the peace and security of the American people located in the New United States of America, who have through their actions and misdeeds violated at dangerous levels, the Constitution of the United States, are a political wrong that menaces the freedom and liberty of a Free People that secession is the last means to secure the peace and security of said Free People.

Section 2:  We do further declare and ordain that the New United States of America, under God, hereby resumes all rights and powers heretofore delegated to the Federal  Government of the United States of America. That under the Tenth Amendment of the US Constitution, that her citizens are absolved from all allegiance to said Government; and that we will possess and exercise of all those rights of sovereignty which appertain to a free and independent Nation. We do further declare and ordain that any Act or Treaty, passed by the Congress and ratified by the Senate, as well as all illegal Executive Orders issued, be null and void and that we absolve ourselves from all the obligations, restraints, and duties due the Federal Government.

Section 3:  The Government of the United States, in the possession and under the control of a partisan and corrupt party, has wantonly violated the compact originally made between said Government and the States by: illegally seizing and holding States lands thus depriving said States of revenue and recourse, by utilizing a hostile Department of Justice to deprive some Americans of justice while ensuring that criminals coddled and covered by the Obama Administration go unpunished, by murdering peaceable American men, women, and children, in places like Ruby Ridge and Waco, together with other acts of atrocity, including an oppressive TSA which disregards the Fourth and Fifth Amendments by intruding and preventing the lawful and free travel of American citizens which now indicates a deep-seated hostility toward the People of the Western and Southern States, their States Rights, and their institutions.

Section 4:  The Government of the United States, in the possession and under the control of both corrupt parties, by ignoring and violating the US Constitution has indebted the American people by borrowing trillions of dollars, to the tune of 16 trillion dollars, to run unconstitutional government agencies, and without a vote of the people; thus enslaving them and their future kin to a debt not of their own making.

Section 5:  The Government of the United States, under Barack Hussein Obama, has signed into law an act (NDAA) that permits the arrest and imprisonment of our citizens, without due process or a writ of Habeas Corpus, for an indefinite time, thus bypassing and usurping the 4^th and 5^th Amendments.

Section 6:  The Government of the United States, under Barack Hussein Obama, in collusion with Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, has attempted to surrender the sovereignty of the United State of America and its people, to the UN, through a global tax, the Law of the Sea Treaty, and a Global UN Gun Ban. Thus, the present Administration of the Government of the United States has utterly ignored the Constitution, subverted the Government as constructed and intended by its makers, and established a despotic and arbitrary power threatening the freedom of liberty of all freedom loving Americans.

Section 7:  All military officers and enlisted, located in the New United States of America, shall retake an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and that should they choose, remain in the military for the common defense of the New United States of America, under competent and authorized leadership. Furthermore, any and all US Military currently on active duty, reserve duty, or drawing a retirement stipend can, if they so choose, move to the New United States of America as a lawful citizen therein. All military equipment located in said states will transfer by right of possession, to the New United States of America.
