I know, I know, Carter was a lousy president. I was stationed in Germany and every thing he gave a major speech the value of the US dollar against the German Mark would drop the next day. The Germans had no respect for him. However may I suggest that if you want consider FDR or Woodrow Wilson as being the 2nd worst president. Wilson was our first facist president, he got us into World War I, a war that changed everything. He gave us too the UNconstitutional Federal Reserve Banking system and Income Tax. And lets not forget that abortion called the League of Nations.
Brother, Wilson is DEFINATELY up there as is FDR! As far as I am concerned, FDR, Wilson, LBJ, Carter, BJ Bubba, and Obama are the shittiest presidents in our history.
