The Squatter-in-Chief gutted the welfare reform that the Republicans forced BJ Bubba Clinton to sign, after he refused twice. In other words, Obama worked to take more money from the makers and give to the takers.

EXCERPT:  “Today, the Obama Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released an official policy directive rewriting the welfare reform law of 1996. The new policy guts the federal work requirements that were the foundation of the reform law. The Obama directive bludgeons the letter and intent of the actual reform legislation.”

The GAO ruled yesterday:  “The CRA is intended to keep Congress informed of the rulemaking activities of federal agencies and provides that before a rule can take effect, the agency must submit the rule to each House of Congress and the Comptroller General.

In other words, Lord Barry can’t simply rule via Executive Order on this one. He HAS to go through the Congress, just like he’s supposed to! To bad the bum wasn’t impeached for his violation of US Bankruptcy laws in relation to GM’s bondholders or when he violated the War Powers Act of 1973.

Hopefully among President Romney’s first acts (after firing every Democrat in government he can) is to void all of Obama’s Executive Orders.

  1. I believe presidents in the past, upon inaugration, have requested letters of resignation from every political appointee in the bureaucracy. Competent career bureaucrats (oxymoron, maybe) could be kept on while others would graciously be given their leave to go elsewhere.

  2. So the ball of shit with ears can rewrite any law and show congress what he did and he’s good to go??? sure why not.

  3. So why does Congress allow him to get away with all the laws he’s broken and the unconstitutional things he’s done? He shreds the Constitution and it is plain to so many Americans. WTH is really up with Congress?
