ROMNEY PUTS PRESIDENT DUMBO INTO AN

OODA Loop. An OODA (OOH-DAA) Loop was developed by a USAF pilot, JOhn Boyd to chart decision-making as it affects warfighting.

STEP 1. ObservationScan the environment and gather information from it.

STEP 2. Orientation:  Use the information to form a mental image of the circumstances. That is, synthesize the data into information. As more information is received, you “deconstruct” old images and then “create” new images. Note that different people require different levels of details to perceive an event. Often, we imply that the reason people cannot make good decisions, is that people are bad decisions makers — sort of like saying that the reason some people cannot drive is that they are bad drivers. However, the real reason most people make bad decisions is that they often fail to place the information that we do have into its proper context. This is where “Orientation” comes in. Orientation emphasizes the context in which events occur, so that we may facilitate our decisions and actions. That it, orientation helps to turn information into knowledge. And knowledge, not information, is the real predictor of making good decisions.

STEP 3. Decision:  Consider options and select a subsequent course of action.

STEP 4. Action:  Carry out the conceived decision. Once the result of the action is observed, you start over. Note that in combat (or competing against the competition), you want to cycle through the four steps faster and better than the enemy, hence, it is a loop.

EXCERPT:  “President Barack Obama was today forced to announce he will fly to storm-hit Louisiana on Monday – hours after Mitt Romney beat him to the punch by deciding to head there this afternoon. After it emerged that Obama was still taking time to fit in a campaign stop in Cleveland, Ohio, before checking out how clean-up operations are proceeding in the Bayou state, the Obama campaign abruptly cancelled that event, though he will still hold a rally in Toledo, Ohio before heading south.

But the Republican presidential candidate touched down in the Hurricane ravaged state this afternoon – a full three days before Obama – touring the flooded areas around Lafitte and showing his support for local residents.”

Leave it to the BRITISH press to nail what the Liberal Lapdog Media and Ministry of Propaganda at ABCNBCCBSPMSNBCCNNTIMENYOBAMATIMES all fail to cover.

THIS is how Mitt Romney wins in the end. He forces Dumbo to react to Romney’s actions, thus Dumbo will be consistently behind AND on the defensive, which is where he needs to be. NO WAR was ever won being defensive. Romney put Dumbo’s ass into an OODA Loop and there it will stay. Why? Because Dumbo the Clown CANNOT discuss his record because it sucks. He cannot discuss his triumphs because he has none; even the lie of Obama versus Osama is being blown out of the water, as the TRUTH WILL OUT!  He is stuck like Rosie O’Donnell’s fat ass on a vacuum-style airline toilet!

Hey Barry, what goes around, comes around.

  1. I think OODA Loop is a fancy way of saying you can interpret incoming information and convert the information into mental perception of possible future events, actions and consequences.
i.e. You are in the outside lane on a Harley about to pass two old ladies in a car in the inside lane. But you notice they are busily yakkin’ at each other and they are approaching a slower car in their lane. You decide they ate too involved in talking and will probably pull into your lane without looking. So you ease back. You mentally projected the worst possible scenario and reacted to it. And arrived at the party in one piece.

  2. Odumbass probably thinks that ( OODA Loop ) is one of his homies from shitcagaho

  3. Heavy thinking there (for me anyway) but I get it. His lord O mighty don’t get it, that’s why he’s gunna go around accusing Romney of picking on him….. little fucken prick.
