    • Agreed. The tyrant can only rule by force. HOWEVER, I highly doubt that more than 20% of the military would follow his orders to oppress their fellow Americans.

      Indeed, the military has NO civil authority UNLESS martial law is declares under the Posse Commitatus Act.

        This is a partial list of some of the most disturbing E.O.’s to date (there are over 900 E.O.’s to date):

        * Executive Order 10990 allows the Government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

        * Executive Order 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

        * Executive Order 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.

        * Executive Order 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

        * Executive Order 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

        * Executive Order 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate and establish new locations for populations.

        * Executive Order 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.

        The only way these E.O.’s can be enforced is through the use of deadly force by the military via the power of the Commander in Chief.

      • Under Executive Order 11490 ovomit has effectively bypassed the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878. Many people feel that the Posse Comitatus act of 1878, might protect them from a police state combining the military and civil law enforcement, with heavy managerial input by the US Department of Justice. But laws are already on the books authorizing martial law, including Section 32CFR 501.4** of the Code of Federal Regulations. These are the rules written by unelected bureaucrats that govern our lives.

          It IS worrisome but I truly believe that a whopping majority of the US military will NOT follow Obama’s orders. ESPECIALLY th senior leadership in the field, NCOs/SNCO/Junior-Mid officer.

  3. Gunny, it appears that our troops were acting like the young men they are and having fun with the “Balloon” missile. However, this does not give a pass to the idiots in the O’Vomit administration who came up with the “Heroic Restraint Medal”.
