Chief Justice Roberts told the Obama Regime that they have to go back to the drawing board because it is really a tax, not a penalty as the Regime has lied about all along. Did Roberts observe that ObamaKare, er, ObamaTax was squeezed out of the Democrud’s anal vent in the Senate and then signed off on my Lord Barry Kardashian, never originating in the House, as provided by under the Constitution?
Did Roberts observe that this tax, originating in the Senate, is now an illegal revenue bill?
Did Roberts pull the rug out from under Obutthole and his ilk, forcing the illegally passed tax bill back to the House, in order to be rewritten and voted on in the correct manner?
Did Roberts shaft the Obama Regime with an illegal law that they cannot enforce by any legal means?
Did Roberts just hand Obama and his ilk a HUGE LOSS?

I think the guy is just a dick and wants the media to love him and praise him like that dumb ass McCain did, he has gone to the dark side, I doubt he will ever return. I don’t have allot of hope that the noodle spine Republicans will get this overturned, repealed, whatever the hell it is called to kill the mother fu#ker!!
I listen to the talk show hosts analyze this and it just makes no sense, hope someone can figure it out and put it in layman terms so I can understand this mess.

There was one more thing I wanted to add. We all know how the Kenyan thug operates we have seen it, I was wondering if they have something on Roberts or have threatened him and his family?

I believe Roberts didn’t give that kind of thought to it. I can’t remember where I heard this,maybe Rush,but Roberts was quoted as saying he HAD to save the bill. The bill MAY go down in flames due to the FACT it wasn’t properly pushed through the House first,but,as with EVERYTHING else the dickweed has been ordered to do,he will simply ignore ANY order to halt implementation.
My first impression was, like so many others, was Roberts had betrayed us all. That he was a judicial Benedict Arnold. But there are several possibilities for his seemingly inexplicable swing to the darkside.
First: Despite all predictions of landslide election throwing Zero out, the legit polls keep showing a very close margin.
Could it be that Roberts, from his lofty aerie in DC, has seen results of which the reas of us are not aware? Did Justice Roberts destroy his reputation and use his position to pass a highly unpopular and controversial bill in order to infuriate and galvanize the conservative base to give the anti-Obama forces a better chance come November? Possible.
Your suggestion seems more in line with jurisprudence, yet had that been his intent, why did he not say so in the opinion?
