No, not the first crisis wherein the Constitution specifically states that the President of the United States must “a natural born citizen” and that means that BOTH parents must have been citizens of the US (Obama’s father was a Kenyan and a British subject.) but rather, the other Constitutional crisis created by Lord Barry Kardashian and his Democrud minions.
A number of states opposed (1832) tariffs on imported goods and sought protection under “Nullification,” which Jackson stated that he would use the military on those states and it came close to starting a civil war. In fact, on 11 Dec 1832, Jackson issued an order that he would indeed use force to uphold the tariffs that mainly hit the southern States and this was just a precursor for when the North forced the South, through economic attacks and agents provocateur (abolitionists) into the War Between the States.
Now the ObamaTax has been finally called what it is (Jay Carney STILL calls it a penalty) and it was illegally passed because only Congress can pass tax bills, not the Senate and there is a list of Governors who state that they will not obey it. Remember that the ObamaTax was passed against the will of a majority of the American people.
Some background on nullification is necessary here. Nullification is a Constitutional theory that allows a state(s) the Right to declare null and void and ignore any law passed by the United States Congress that they deem unconstitutional. (Read the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions drafted in 1798 by Madison and Jefferson, that sided WITH states using nullification if they decided that the Federal government was over their limit as provided by in the Constitution. (Which they have been since FDR’s New Deal)
NOTE: The Democrats and the Obama Regime told the public over and over and over that ObamaKare, now known as ObamaTax, was not a tax but rather a penalty and then the SCOTUS ruled that it was indeed, a tax.
One has to wonder what Lord Barry Kardashian will do if, say, 26 out of the 57 states simply refuse to build the “health exchanges” and tell the Feds to go f*ck themselves. The military won’t follow Lord Barry like they did in 1861, in fact, about half of the military backed States’ Rights in 1861! Maybe this is all heading for Lord Barry declaring Martial Law and halting the election that he knows that he is going to lose big-time. Governors Rick Scott, Bobby Jindal, and Scott Walker have all vowed NOT TO COMPLY and Senator Jim DeMint said, “every governor to stop implementing the health care exchanges.” The State of Missouri has passed a bill (again) declaring Obamacare null and void. Unles the people of Missouri vote for it, there won’t be ObamaTax in Missouri. Think of how awesome it would be to see local law enforcement arrest IRS agents in their states trying to enforce an illegal law and see them deported back to DC!
As Lord Barry Kardashian continues to spit on the Constitution and bypass Congress at every step (illegal war in Libya) and refuses to follow Congress (Operation Fast and Furious) and further refuses to enforce passed law (Defense of Marriage Act and immigration laws) as well as violating his Oath of Office, Lord Barry Kardashian has brought us to the edge of another civil war.

The American people need to realize that they are the “WORKING MIDDLE CLASS” and better know in today’s world as “THE NEW AMERICAN SLAVE.”
I have told this story to Beck, Limbaugh, O’reilly, Hannity, etc. It all lends itself to a deft ear. Usually, I couldn’t get a message to go thru.
If the American SLAVES would stop paying income taxes, stop paying car taxes, stop paying property taxes, stop paying their bills, and absolutely turn off the tv and radio, and stop listening to their jibberish that is doing nothing but indoctrinating the American people and their children, then we are agreeing with this nut in the white house and the goofballs in the house and senate. My god, how many years have we listened to this 24/7. Everything is bad, we the SLAVES are bad, our children are bad are everything is bad. Can anyone remember anymore what it is like to be HAPPY? We use to, until just a few years ago, we had a wonderful life. We need to show our I.D everywhere we go, goofy becomes a fraudulent president and we the SLAVES accept it.

Guns, FYI: Obamacare originated in the House, so it was properly enacted as a “tax bill”. Any bill of any nature has to be “passed” by both chambers of Congress, so the Senate had to “pass” it for it to be forwarded to the Prez for signature.
As to whether or not any state refuses to put “exchanges” in place, that really isn’t going to have any effect at all on whether or not people are penalized for not having insurance, since the IRS (a federal agency) will administer the penalty.
It did but doesn’t it make that bill illegal in that it was called a penalty vice a tax? I’m trying to get my head around the massive lie the Left foisted on us.
Well, that’s the whole reason Chief Judas Roberts’s ruling is such a travesty. That’s the point.
You have to read the decision, I guess, but essentially he called the “penalty” as NOT a tax for the purpose of being subject to injunction, while at the same time it IS a “tax” for the purpose of being considered constitutional and within Congress’s powers to impose. He contradicted himself within his own majoprity opinion, within about two paragraphs. It was absolutely absurd and self-contradictory. That’s exactly why it’s one of the absolute worst decisions to ever come from SCOTUS, right up there with Roe and Kelo.
In other words, he pulled a Kerry, being for the tax after he was against the tax.
Roberts is a traitor to the Constitution and the principles of conservatism. He’s beneath contempt.
