America as we knew it is dead. The SCOTUS, namely John “Statist” Roberts, betrayed the American people and allowed the largest tax increase on the American people, 500 BILLION DOLLARS, to be imposed by the back room machinations of Obama, Nutsy Baloney, and Dingy Reid. Consider what the DNC tweeted today:

Folks, the divide between us and them could not be more clear. The RNC stated that they would not spike the football if the SCOTUS repealed ObummerKare yet the adolescents in the White House and Demotard Party shove a sharp stick in the eye of the very people who have to foot the bill!

Glenn Beck has stated that we should love and help one another and while he is right in the Biblical sense, he is wrong as far as the current state of the union is today. Liberals HATE US. Liberals HATE America. Liberals have been AT WAR with the American people since Wilson chucked Americans into prison for speaking out against his policies!

Consider the following:

1.  They flipped off the portrait of Ronaldus Magnus and the WH did nothing about it.
2.  They verbally attacked Ronaldus Magnus without mercy when he was POTUS.
3.  They reattacked him, without letup or respect for him, during his funeral.
4.  They did the same to Gerald Ford at his funeral.
5.  They disrespected Bush 43 for eight straight years.
6.  They direct hate speech and death threats at Conservatives.
7.  They (William Ayers)discussed MURDERING 25 MILLION Americans who “failed” reeducation in his treatise “Prairie Fire.”
8.  They attack the TEA Party with slurs and the IRS.

Amazing isn’t it? WE think of our main enemy as terrorist groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, al-qaeda, etc, yet WE are considered the enemy BY THE LEFT!

There will never be any reconcilation and we need to get past the thought of it. The Liberals will never cease their attacks on us, never. Their idea of bipartisanship is us letting them do what they want and Obama himself verified it when he said that the Republicans need to get in the back seat and STFU. The liberals view us as backwards hayseeds and call where we live, flyover country. Once again Obama summed it up for us when he said, ”bitter clingers, who cling to the religion and guns with antipathy for others.” In other words, racist backwards hayseeds. The Left demands that we love the cultures of other, love their forced diversity, love homos, and embrace affirmative action quotas, yet they refuse to respect their fellow Americans and call us gun nuts, trailer trash, rubes, war-mongers, rednecks, etc, because we simply want to live our lives as our forefathers did, in peace, in the greatest nation in the world, and we are pissed at what we see being done to it in the name of the ProgStats (Progressive/Statists).

So where are we now?

The Federal Government has now become uncontrollable thanks to Roberts and the four Leftards in the SCOTUS. Eventhough Obama said there were 57 states, there is actually only 50 and 26 of those were suing the Federal Government against the Constitutionality of ObummerKare. Now the Gunny is using old math but 26 states is over 50% and if these states threatened to secede, what could the Feds do? Could they stop us? There is only two ways to stop us and one, financial sanctions against the individual states would not work because the Colossus needs that money, i.e., gas tax. Two, use the military against us but that will not work either, as Obama has destroyed the US Military by pussification and faggotization and they would never act against the very people they came from! The government is corrupt and the incompetence and ineptitude that they exhibit every day pisses off Americans, i.e., Congress approval rate is about 13%! ObummerKare violated the will of approximately 75% the people and so it is clear that we are NOT being represented but rather, dictated to.

Personally, the Gunny is for secession, peacefully if possible, because the Constitution is a CONTRACT between the States and the Federal Government and now, thanks to the SCOTUS, the precedent has been set for the Feds to tax us anywhere, anytime, on anything, simply because they can. The contract has been broken BY THE FEDS, not the States. Excessive taxation means an out of control government will only get more so and we’ll be the ones to suffer for it. Roberts voted for the Feds to impose taxes on us AND that we cannot deny to pay them. We pay a rent on our PRIVATE property, called property taxes and if you have paid off your mortgage, YOU STILL OWE THEM and if you fail to pay, your home is forfeit. Gone. History.

It is time that we as a people, Conservative, God-fearing, Constitution-loving, and American to our core unite and force our will on the Feds and the Left, whom we OUTNUMBER at least 2 to 1. If we cannot throw the bums out in November, then we as a people need to ban together, in the millions, and refuse to comply. We CANNOT do it individually but we CAN do it en masse. WE HAVE THE POWER as WE are the ones who pay the taxes that run this nation. If we refuse to pay, if we band together and say, “I WILL NOT COMPLY!”, then what can they do to us? NOTHING!

The more oppressive the government gets, the more you’ll be hearing those whispers in the wind, calling for nullification and secession.

    As I stated on BR’s blog, it is time for the states to have another constitutional convention.
    We do not need a new Constitution, the old one, if adhered to, suffices nicely. What we do need is perhaps a revisitation of the Constitution, redefining it in words of two syllables or less so the morons today can understand what really educated men drafted and something less than blue states adopted.
    By the way, there were no “blue” states in that day.
    Did they “evolve” the way the Marxist judicial keeps claiming?

  4. Gunny, I would like you to consider that, Roberts is a genius. I know he sided with the opposition on this one, but he just threw a nice spiral to Romney, hopefully he can carry it across the goal line. He ruled it is a tax, congress can repel it, all of it. Now if the tea party get pissed and re-organize, republicans can take back congress and the senate with the presidency. Game set and match. Let the demturds gloat for a few months, than pull the rug out, boom! HAAAAAA!!!!

    Not so sure about the illegality of secession. Presidents James Buchanan and Thomas Jefferson both stated that the basis of the United States is the consent of its citizens to be part of the Union. Should any state desire to secede, it should be allowed to do so. Some scholars claim that the right of secession is built into the Constitution while others claim that it is the natural right for revolution as envisaged and acted upon by the founders of the United States.

    We must try or perish sitting on our hands. That much is obvious to me.

      I agree. About 75% of Americans are AGAINST this law and yet we have to PAY for it with 21 NEW or raised taxes? Fuck that. We fought a revolution OVER taxation w/o representation and as I see it, we are NOT being represented.

  7. The following are why Obamacare is unconstitutional and illegal:
    Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution does it authorize the federal government to be involved in the healthcare of private U.S. citizens but, Congress can make laws regarding healthcare for the military. Art. 1 Sec. 8 gives Congress the power to make laws for the military.

    Obama is a usurper and is not the legal U.S. president because he’s not a U.S. natural born citizen as required by Art. 2 Sec. 1 of the U.S. Const. All bills and EOs he’s signed are illegal. Obama the usurper signed the Obamacare bill, but it’s null and void.

    Obama the usurper appointed two Supreme Court judges. Since Obama is not the legal President, all appointments he’s made are illegal. Both Supreme Court judges he’s appointed voted for Obamacare. Their votes are null and void. Without their votes the decision is 4-3 to overturn Obamacare. The states need to refuse to allow Obama care to be implemented and the heat needs to be kept on Congress and “Mittens”, if he’s elected president, to fully repeal Obamacare, investigate Obama’s eligibility, and get everything Obama’s signed to be declared null and void. If it is implemented those who are on juries in trials of those refusing to comply with Obamcare need to use jury nullification.

  8. Well… here’s the problem: fighting one unconstutional act with another isn’t really a solution, IMO.

    This is an argument that pops up frequently, but as far as I can see, secession is unconstitutional. The Constitution defines the mechanism for admitting states to the union, but doesn’t mention ANY mechanism for letting them back out. It DOES mention “rebellion”, however, and as we saw in the Civil War, “secession” is simply a form of “rebellion”. It’s like the Mafia: once in, never out.

    The Articles of Confederation were replaced by the Constitution precisely because those Articles were too lax about states being able to withdraw. It allowed any state to basically blackmail the national government with the threat of secession, and was one of the main reasons it was discarded.

    We’re stuck with the current Constitution — at least, allegedly, though it sure seems to be ignored most of the time — so if you actually believe in it, you have to believe in ALL of it, not just the parts you like. That’s what Leftists do…

      You are right as usual but when the Federal gov’t becomes as overreaching as it is, and there is no recourse, what else is there? I have health insurance but I have to pay for fuckers too lazy or stupid to get their own? Fags in the Service? Open borders? Worthless money thanks to the Fed and Obama?

        Am I saying that some kind of revolt won’t? Not at all. It may even come to that, though in all honesty I’m doubtful.

  9. So, in ruling this a tax, did the SCOTUS just confirm that this will be the largest tax increase in the nation’s history, and will be completely owned by the democrats?

      I hope so. If the RNC was smart, they’d tack that 500B tax increase to the DEMS and say it over and over.

  11. I sure would like to know how Roberts arrived at a tax increase,when dipfuck said it wasn’t. Now we know the bastard lies like a rug,but Roberts said it was OK as a TAX,in which he would be correct,but NOT under the Commerce Clause. So,the question is,was this a tax,and worded as such, in the bill,or did Roberts make something out of whole cloth?
