Not to be outdone for being the bitch boy of a whiny little bitch, Eric Witholder mewled: “This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.”
Amazing isn’t it? The Black Caucus did nothing when Eric Witholder refused to prosecute felonious activity, caught on camera, when “his people” in the New Black Panther Party used clubs to keep whitey from voting in Filthadelphia. It may Witholder an accessory after the fact and then made Obummer an accessory after the fact when HE did nothing.
So the Black Caucus endorses crime, as long as it is committed by blacks that is. The Gunny used to wonder how shitholes like Haiti, Zimbabwe, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, and other countries ruled by blacks, can lurch from one criminal leader to another, but the Black Caucus answered that question for him.
Criminals, endorsing criminals, who all serve to line their pockets at the expense of the people. They can ignore over 300 Mexican nationals being murdered with those weapons, they can ignore the murder of Brian Terry (a white man), they can ignore criminals acts, i.e., tax cheating by Rangel, and the stonewalling of their fellow Congcritters, and all because of race.
And they call US racists because we dislike their failed president, who, BTW, IS 50% white. The Black Caucus would be better of relocating to Liberia or Chad or maybe Obama’s homeland of Kenya, where they can revel in corruption like maggots in shit.

This is a cut and dried legal vote. Either Holder complied with a direct order fropm Congress, or he didn’t. There is no room for politics or opinion on this subject.
