Today Obama committed outright Treason by subverting the immigration laws of the United States of America. You CANNOT give amnesty to a criminal and that f*cking imbecile Janet Napolitano even has down on her criteria that being a criminal disqualifies these ILLEGAL immigrants from this backdoor amnesty by edict from a f*cking wannabe king of the hill.
What is Misprision of Treason? It is a Federal crime wherein treason has been committed and that person(s) conceals the knowledge, without informing the authorities. It is found in, 18 U.S.C. § 2382, and is punishable by a fine and up to seven years in federal prison and in addition is also a crime in many of the 57, or is it 58, states.
So now we have Obama committing the second of two major felonies and Congress is sitting around with their collective thumbs up their asses. Is it not possible for a state to charge Obama, Holder, and Napolitano with the above and arrest them? Obama has committed Treason on numerous other days when he refused to do anything about Francis Fox Piven, a fellow Alinskite, calling for violent revolution against the authorized government of the USA. He failed in that area when commie fuckstick and union goon Trumka said the same thing and Barry the Shitheel just stood there with a stupid grin. He failed to perform his duty to report Treason. He also failed to uphold his Oath of Office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America but he and 90% of the Democrats in office today have done this, over and over and over again without being punished. He, and everyone in his administration is guilty of the above crime, without a doubt.
Now where is the Senate on this? Should’t Dingy Reid be acting to stop this? If not, then HE, as the Senate Majority Leader, should be held accountable. Or don’t Senators care about enforcing the law of the land anymore? Dingy Reid, guilty as charged.
If the gutless wonder Boner fails to act, he too is complicit because silence is consent and failure to act against a crime is to be an accomplice. Or doesn’t justice matter anymore in the United States? When Barry and Holder refused to uphold the Defense of Marriage Act, a bona fide law in the United States, they should have been charged right then and there by the Congress who is in REAL DANGER of being trivialized much like Hitler did as he took power and as Chavez (Obama’s buddy) did in Venezuela.
The president of the United States of America is charged with UPHOLDING the law of the land, not pissing on it.
