1.  The vast majority of the rich in this nation are undertaxed or don’t donate enough to me.
2.  Never ask when you can take it using government agencies and thugs.
3.  Excuse and Blame are the name of the game. Take credit when you can, even if you had nothing to do with it.
4.  If a government program fails, blame Bush, give more subsidies, and ask for donations from Hollywood.
5.  Class warfare and envy are better running mates than Joe Biden. Play Race Card.
6.  Corporate monopoly is evil, government monoply is good.
7.  Be clean and articulate but never hesitate to throw someone under the bus.
8.  Bipartisanship equals a lack of opposition to Democrats.
9.  When in doubt, blame Bush.
10.  Say what you need to get elected, the fools will believe what you say.
11.  Never spend your money when you can loot the Treasury and spend that and never allow anyone to do for themselves when you can force government intervention on them.
12.  Promote poverty as they always vote for Democrats. Play Race Card.

14.  Anything that goes wrong, blame Bush and then the GOP.
15.  Never pay for votes if ACORN and the Unions can raise the dead on Election Day.

19.  Dictatorship has no limits, strive to embrace it.
20.  The bigger the lie, the more they believe it. Blame Bush often.

34.  Green energy is the key. We just have not spent enough of the taxpayer’s money.
35.  Climate change is real. I know, therefore it is.
36.  Play Race Card early and often. Republicans are afraid of it. If possible, play it over and over and over and over. Get other Dems to help. Note to self: Call Maxine Waters, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton, they are great race baiters.
